1.How can I pay?

We accept credit card, cash, check, Paypal and Chase Quick Pay

2.What are your business hours?

8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Monday-Friday)

10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Saturday)

Closed (Sunday) except for emergency business service

3.Do you offer emergency cleaning services?

Yes we do, however emergency rates apply

4.Do you offer service on Holidays?

Yes we do, however holiday rates apply

5. Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we offer a 10% discount for active and veteran military and seniors 65 and older.  Only one discount may be used per day.

6. What if I live out of town?

No problem we make it easy. Just Call!  330-396-1952

7. How do I cancel or reschedule service?

Please text or call at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service time
